Longshore Lake is an active tennis community.All 9 HarTru (clay) courts are lighted for night play.The full-time professional staff offers league play, round robins, tennis lessons for all ages and ability levels, member mixers and many other fun events.

We have a Genie Ball Machine available on an hourly or annual contract.This state of the art machine has 7 distinct programmable shots, directions, elevations, delays; variable topspin, backspin; random sequence switch to simulate game situations; 300 ball capacity.It has been a real hit with our members!

Mike Mitzell is the Tennis Director.Mike has been teaching tennis for twenty-five years and has held previous positions of Head Pro and Program Director. Mike has played tournament tennis at the sectional and national level as a junior and adult, including sectional and national USTA team events.

We have a tremendous amount of USTA and CTA play.Many of our teams have competed in sectional and state USTA championships and three of our teams are headed to Sectionals this year.
